A Design Brief is a paragraph of writing that clearly explains what you are going to make, why you are making it and who will use it?
A Specification is a list of facts about what you are going to make. What is will look like, what it will feel like, what materials it will be made from and how safe it will be to use. You can add any other facts that you like about what you are going to make. Designers call these facts the "Key Features".
