You can use a computer to produce an accurate drawings of your USB light.

You can use the laser Cutter as part of your USB Light Project.

You could engrave designs onto the plywood.

You could use the laser cutter to make a drilling template to mark out a pattern of drilled holes on to the Aluminium Front of your USB light. Your teacher will guide you.
